Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Lot Attendant in Miami, FL to provide friendly hospitality while accurately collecting revenue and reconciling parking reports. You will stack and retrieve vehicles, adhere to policies, and assist guests with directions and questions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass a background check, and comfort with cash handling and basic arithmetic. Shift work may include AM/PM schedules and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen; 18+ years old.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking.
• Must be able to read/write standard English and understand basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional manner.
• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue and tickets; complete shift reports.
• Stack and retrieve guest vehicles following Towne Park procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect guest information.
• Operate POS, gate, register and cash handling equipment correctly.
