Job summary

Towne Towne in Miami is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, knowledge of local attractions, and accurate handling of tickets and payments. Must be able to work AM/PM shifts and comply with company policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language; read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; present information to guests, clients and employees; perform arithmetic with money; understand time systems and rates; operate a manual transmission (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, information about facilities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures and manage ticket and key tag processes.
