Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver hospitality and parking services with a friendly, efficient approach. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and park or retrieve vehicles safely while maintaining accuracy in ticketing and communications.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work PM shifts. A valid driver's license and basic math/English skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language; comprehend simple instructions, memos, and notes; write simple notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage handling as needed during arrival and departure.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; manage tickets and keys.
