Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Burlington, VT is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality during guest arrivals and departures. You will park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage for a smooth, friendly experience.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, answering inquiries, explaining rates, and ensuring accurate ticketing and safe vehicle handling. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; prior guest service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
• 1 month related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Basic math for handling money and tickets.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a positive attitude.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage storage and delivery when needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival; manage ticketing and claim checks.
