Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Rancho Mirage, CA to deliver friendly, efficient hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

Open availability (AM/PM/overnight) and part-time hours (20-30 hrs/week) are required. Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them to services, handling tickets and revenue, and providing local information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license or within commuting distance from the state.
• 1 month related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read/write in English and perform basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers (25%).
• Greet guests and manage check-ins with proper Towne Park etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about the facility.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing, keys, and revenue collection.
• Complete duties with accuracy and in a timely manner (100%).
