Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a Valet Attendant to provide superior guest service at arrival and departure, park vehicles, and retrieve them promptly. The role involves outdoor work, standing for long periods, and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the entry area.

Candidates should have a valid Florida driver’s license, three years of driving experience, and a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred).

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Valet attendant.
• Must have three years of driving experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in Florida.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as vehicle approaches the entry.
• Maintain the key control system and secure keys at all times.
• Direct contractors to parking spaces designated for contractors.
• Maintain order and control vehicles in the parking lot.
• Keep front area clean and free of litter; maintain entry area and booth.
• Receive and handle packages and inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with management for emergencies and security procedures.
• Operate valet carts and service elevator keys securely.
