Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Part-time Valet Attendant in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves greeting guests, managing keys, directing traffic for contractors and vendors, and keeping the parking area orderly and secure.

You will handle phone inquiries professionally and assist residents with routine requests. The position requires prior valet experience, a valid Florida driver's license, and at least a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred).

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Valet attendant.
• Must have three years of driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Employees must possess a valid driver’s license in the State of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as vehicle approaches entry.
• Maintain key control system and counts; keep valet area secure.
• Direct contractors to designated parking spaces for contractors and vendors.
• Maintain order and control the parking area and keep front area neat.
• Follow policy procedures for receiving packages and communicating with residents.
• Handle inquiries about Association matters and report violations.
• Report maintenance issues to the Association office daily.
• Receive telephone calls professionally and maintain a presentable valet office.
