Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate service for hotel guests and support the Account Manager on-site. The role emphasizes hospitality excellence, problem solving, and teamwork to deliver smooth valet and guest experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with parking, bell services, and coordinating with team members. The position requires a high school diploma and the ability to pass background and driving checks.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass background, MVR and drug screen.
• Must read/write clear English and provide great guest service.
• Ability to drive manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Open doors and assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Assist with bell services and guest directions.
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate with the Account Manager.
• Document guest information and handle keys securely.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Support revenue collection and shift reporting.
