Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded by collaborating with coworkers and reporting to the Account Manager. This role is not a manager but may handle critical issues when expediency is priority.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with parking, valet operations, directions, and guest inquiries, while maintaining a high level of hospitality and professionalism throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos, and signage.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in Standard English (spoken and written).
• Must be able to drive a vehicle with manual transmission.
• Strong math and cash handling skills for ticketing and payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests and explain parking procedures.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring safety and accuracy under pressure.
• Assist with bells, directions, taxis, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with Account Manager and staff to manage schedules and operations.
