Job summary

Gun Lake Casino Resort in Michigan is seeking a Valet/Bellman who will provide outstanding valet and luggage assistance while upholding the resort's service standards. You will be the first and last point of contact for many guests, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and luggage is handled with care.

Responsibilities include recording pre-parking vehicle conditions, securing keys, assisting guests to rooms, and coordinating with front desk to fulfill requests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license from the state of Michigan.
• Must be able to obtain a Chauffeur's license from Michigan within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in writing and verbally.
• Neat and legible handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Record existing damage on the guest’s vehicle before accepting and parking it.
• Park guest vehicles properly and accurately in the designated parking spaces.
• Lock guest vehicles and securely store the keys.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with their luggage.
• Coordinate with valet drivers to ensure efficient vehicle retrieval and parking.
• Transport guest luggage to and from their rooms efficiently and carefully.
• Provide guests with information about the resort’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
