Job summary

Gun Lake Casino Resort is seeking a Lead Valet Attendant/Bellman to oversee the Valet Department's daily operations, build a capable team, and ensure guests receive outstanding service. You will supervise attendants and drivers, manage traffic flow, and safeguard guest vehicles and luggage.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years in a casino environment focusing on guest services.
Valid Michigan chauffeur's license with clean driving record.
TIPS certification or willingness to obtain.
Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily valet operations and supervise Attendants and Drivers.
Build and manage a team to achieve service goals.
Monitor traffic flow and ensure safe handling of vehicles and luggage.
Provide training and guidance on service standards.
Greet guests and assist with luggage; provide information about resort amenities.
Coordinate with front desk and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Ensure vehicle security and proper return to guests.
Maintain grooming and uniform standards.
