Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts to deliver exceptional hospitality during arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist guests with luggage, and provide directions and local information with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role emphasizes attentiveness, precise ticket handling, and clear communication, supporting a seamless guest experience in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
• Minimum 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests and use taps with professional courtesy; welcome guests by name when possible.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles safely and efficiently; assist guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; share facility amenities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets, keys, and revenue records accurately.
