Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests with a friendly and attentive approach. You will help with parking, vehicle retrieval, and assisting guests with luggage as part of arrival and departure experiences.

Roles emphasize safe vehicle handling, clear communication, and providing directions and area information to guests, while maintaining a professional demeanor throughout shifts and ensuring efficient service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location; follows Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provides information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities; shuttles guests as approved.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; issues claim checks and maintains ticket information.
• Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed.
• Total time allocated to all functions is 100%.
