AAA Parking is seeking a Valet Attendant to be the first and last point of contact for guests. You will greet arrivals, open doors, assist with coats and luggage, and share information about local services while delivering exceptional service.

You will handle vehicles, complete valet tickets, check for damage, and keep keys secure. A polished appearance, strong communication, and teamwork are essential for success, including weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand 100% of the shift and lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Flexible schedule; weekends required.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome arriving and departing guests in a proper manner.
• Open doors for guests and assist with coats and luggage; provide information on services.
• Fill out valet tickets, conduct vehicle damage checks, and retrieve/park vehicles.
• Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner; keep valet area clean and inviting.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and team members; support during busy periods.
• Follow safety protocols and report accidents or incidents immediately.
