Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to greet guests, open doors, handle coats and luggage, and provide information about hotel services. You will assist with vehicles and maintain a polished appearance in professional uniform.

Must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license with clean record, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand for the shift and lift up to 20 pounds. Hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand 100% of the shift and lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests; answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Open doors, assist with coats and luggage; share hotel information.
• Fill valet ticket, conduct vehicle damage check, retrieve and park vehicles.
• Keep keys organized and secure.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet area and uniform appearance.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and assist during busy periods or events.
