Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Customer service attitude and a helpful demeanor is mandatory.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and document parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with proper key handling.
• Maintain valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Follow attendance, timekeeping, and pay-reporting policies.
