Job summary

AAA Parking in Golden Oak, FL is seeking a courteous valet to greet guests, explain services, assist with luggage, and act as the first and last point of contact. You will manage valet tickets, retrieve and park vehicles, and keep keys secure while upholding AAA Parking's standards.

The role requires strong customer service, neat appearance, ability to stand for long periods, and a commitment to safety. Previous hospitality experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds).

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests; explain prices and car retrieval procedure.
Open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage.
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions; assist guests with disabilities.
Fill out valet tickets; conduct vehicle damage checks; retrieve and park vehicles.
Maintain keys securely and organized; keep valet area clean and inviting.
Work with hotel staff to coordinate guest arrivals and departures; support during busy periods.
