Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
• Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds).
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Successfully pass a background and driving record check.
• Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a courteous manner and clearly answering questions.
• Open car and hotel doors for guests; assist with coats and luggage; share service information.
• Retrieve and park vehicles quickly; conduct vehicle damage checks; keep keys secure.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet area and adhere to appearance standards.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to coordinate guest arrivals and departures.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents immediately to supervision.
• Support teammates during busy periods or events.
