Job summary

AAA Parking is a family-operated business with 65+ years of experience in the parking industry. We seek a friendly Valet Attendant to be the first and last contact for guests, greeting them warmly and providing exceptional service.

You will assist guests, open doors, handle luggage, park vehicles, and work with hotel staff to ensure seamless arrivals and departures, while upholding our three A’s: Attitude, Assistance, and Appearance. Must be 18+, carry a valid license, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hospitality or high-end customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests; open doors and help with coats and luggage.
• Fill out valet tickets, check vehicle damage, retrieve and park cars.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance and uniform standards.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth arrivals/departures.
• Follow safety protocols; report incidents and inspect area.
