Job summary

Towne Park invites applications for a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services at our locations, handling vehicle parking, luggage assistance, and guest inquiries with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 month of related experience or training. Work schedule is typically 2pm–10pm, with benefits eligibility and a 401k option where offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license for the applying state or within commutable distance.
• One month of related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read/write English; basic math and time concepts (12/24h).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys and tickets.
• Provide directions and local info; shuttle guests as appropriate.
• Maintain ticket data, guest folios, and revenue records.
