Job summary

The Car Park, LLC in Greenville, NC seeks a friendly Valet Attendant who greets guests, opens doors, and guides vehicles with care. You will be the first and last impression for visitors, ensuring safety and smooth access to the property.

You must be able to drive manual and automatic transmissions, maintain professional appearance, and provide excellent customer service. A high school diploma, a valid license, and being at least 19 are required; benefits include PTO, holidays, and health

• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Legible handwriting and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and offer professional valet services.
• Open doors and assist with luggage or heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and assist guests with entry/exit.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Collect and label keys to ensure proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in designated areas following traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
