The Car Park, LLC is seeking a dependable Key Booth Attendant to support our valet service at our North Carolina location. You will manage vehicle keys, log parked vehicles, and assist with day-to-day booth operations to keep flows smooth and secure.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, basic computer skills, and a professional demeanor to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide outstanding customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing or clerical role.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Log vehicles into the system as parked, including location and valet responsible.
• Coordinate retrieval and issuance of vehicle keys for valet attendants.
• Monitor and track vehicle requests for customer returns.
• Open the key booth in the morning and close it in the evening according to established protocols.
• Facilitate the proper transfer of keys between overnight and daytime staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the key booth.
• Communicate any issues involving security, missing keys, or vehicle damage to leadership promptly.
• Provide assistance to valet staff for efficient vehicle flow.

This role ensures accurate tracking of parked vehicles, organizes the transfer and retrieval of keys, and maintains communication with valet staff and leadership.
