Job summary

The Car Park in Boise, ID is seeking a friendly valet to be the first and last impression for guests. You’ll greet guests, open doors, assist with luggage, guide parking, and keep the area safe and orderly.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, can operate manual and automatic transmissions, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; 19+ age preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
• Open doors and assist with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and assist guests entering and leaving the lot.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other services.
• Collect and label guest keys to ensure proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in designated areas, following traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.

Who We Need

You can drive anything from a John Deere to a Ferrari and treat them all like they are one of a kind treasure! You are comfortable driving anything on four wheels. This position truly is the first and last impression for each visitor and is responsible for:

• Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
• Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibility.
