Job summary

The Car Park, LLC in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Parking Garage Attendant to deliver friendly, responsive customer service to daily and monthly patrons.

You will assist with questions, concerns, and light maintenance in the parking office and facilities. The role requires standing for long periods, flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be customer service savvy.
• Minimum of one-year experience.
• Must be dependable.
• Experience in a parking garage setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to daily and monthly parking patrons.
• Attend to customer needs, questions and concerns regarding parking.

You will be expected to attend to our customer’s needs, questions, and any concerns they may have regarding parking with us in our facilities. Light maintenance will be expected within our parking office as well as our parking equipment. Maintaining an open line of communication with your Supervisors and working in a team setting is expected as well. The flexibility to work nights, weekend and Holiday shifts is a requirement.
