Job summary

The Car Park in Boise is seeking a friendly valet to greet guests, park vehicles, and provide helpful information about local attractions and services. You’ll be the first impression for guests, ensuring smooth traffic flow and excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will handle manual and automatic transmissions, maintain a professional appearance, and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and provide professional valet services.
• Assist guests by opening doors and helping with luggage or other items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and assist guests entering/leaving the lot.
• Answer guests' questions about local attractions, hotel amenities and services.
• Collect and label keys to ensure proper return.
• Park vehicles in designated areas and follow traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.

Who We Need

You can drive anything from a John Deere to a Ferrari and treat them all like they are one of a kind treasure! You are comfortable driving anything on four wheels. This position truly is the first and last impression for each visitor and is responsible for:

• Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
• Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibility.
