Job summary

The Car Park is seeking an entry-level Part Time Valet in Asheville, NC. You will professionally greet guests, help with luggage, direct parking traffic, and answer questions about local attractions and hotel amenities.

You will also manage keys, park vehicles in assigned areas, and drive cars safely in a fast-paced environment. GED or high school is required, and you must be 19+ with a valid license. Join our team for a fun, respectful workplace.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
• Open doors and assist with luggage or heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and assist with entering/leaving the lot.
• Answer guests' questions about local attractions, amenities and services.
• Collect and label keys to ensure proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in designated areas following traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.

WHO WE NEED

You can drive anything from a John Deere to a Ferrari and treat them all like they are one of a kind treasure! You are comfortable driving anything on four wheels. This position truly is the first and last impression for each visitor and is responsible for:

• Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
• Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibility.
