Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Mentor, Ohio is seeking dependable Foundry Operators for the 4th shift. You will support vacuum casting operations and work with advanced furnace technology in a safety-focused production environment.

Qualifications

Manufacturing experience preferred; experience with high-temperature processes is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Operate vacuum furnaces, including Equiax, Directional Solidification (D.S.), and Single Crystal furnaces.
Record all required production and process data accurately.
Assist with furnace setup and changeovers, including D.S. susceptors, coils, and melt coils.
Follow SOPs, engineering specifications, and special lot instructions.
Meet established production and efficiency goals.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
Develop a strong understanding of foundry processes and materials.
