5th Shift Schedule
Hours: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Week 1
Work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Off: Wednesday, Thursday
Week 2
Work: Wednesday, Thursday
Off: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Key Responsibilities
- Operate vacuum furnaces, including Equiax, Directional Solidification (D.S.), and Single Crystal furnaces
- Record all required production and process data accurately
- Assist with furnace setup and changeovers, including D.S. susceptors, coils, and melt coils
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering specifications, and special lot instructions
- Meet established production and efficiency goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
- Develop a strong understanding of foundry processes and materials
- Organize work to support efficient production flow
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience
- Manufacturing or foundry experience preferred
- Experience working with industrial equipment or high-temperature processes is a plus
- Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education)
