Responsibilities

  • Operate vacuum furnaces, including Equiax, Directional Solidification (D.S.), and Single Crystal furnaces.
  • Record all required production and process data accurately.
  • Assist with furnace setup and changeovers, including D.S. susceptors, coils, and melt coils.
  • Follow SOPs, engineering specifications, and special lot instructions.
  • Meet established production and efficiency goals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Develop a strong understanding of foundry processes and materials.

Hours: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Experience
  • Manufacturing or foundry experience preferred
  • Experience working with industrial equipment or high-temperature processes is a plus
  • Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education)
