Qualifications

• Operates 3 Vacuum furnaces including equiax, D.S. and single crystal.
• Operates a forklift and handles heavy lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Adheres to 6S and safety requirements while performing duties.
• Performs preventive maintenance and furnace chamber cleaning for optimum performance.
• Ability to train workers and lead preheat operators.

Responsibilities

• Operate furnaces to produce quality products within specified parameters.
• Record daily work and allocate time by operation codes.
• Maintain a positive, safety‑mocused work environment and follow all safety rules.
• Interpret and follow PES and OI instructions and special lot instructions.
• Collaborate across shifts to ensure cost, safety, quality, and delivery goals.
