Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 10 years sales experience, preferably B2B or healthcare.
• 3–5 years first-line pharmaceutical sales leadership experience.
• Ability to develop strong, professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills; capable of building teams.
• Willingness to travel within division; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a division team of ABMs to build trust with customers in a business-to-business setting.
• Direct divisional business plans breaking down targets by products, segments and contracting modalities.
• Develop divisional plans for acquisition, expansion and retention of target accounts.
• Drive ABM implementation using omnichannel promotions and analytics to improve efficiency.
• Support ABMs in evaluating customer segments across Pediatrics, Family/General Practice and Health Systems.
• Create robust account plans with measurable objectives aligned to regional goals; coach team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and present opportunities to stakeholders.
