Job summary

Jane Pauley Community Health Center in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Vaccine Coordinator to lead the organization’s vaccine program across all clinic locations. You will ensure CDC/ACIP alignment, oversee VFC activities, and partner with clinical leadership to improve immunization rates and regulatory compliance.

This role requires 3+ years in vaccine management, RN/LPN licensure or equivalent, and a track record of education and quality improvement in ambulatory care settings.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN or licensed healthcare professional preferred with VFC program experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of clinical vaccine-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the organization’s vaccine program across all clinic locations.
• Ensure compliance with CDC/ACIP, state programs, HRSA, and organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain standardized vaccine policies, workflows, and training materials.
• Monitor immunization quality metrics and work with leadership to improve rates.
• Provide education and coaching to clinic vaccine champions and staff.
