Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with MA licensure (RN or LPN).
• Current BLS certification and active licensure by the MA Board of Registration.
• Minimum five years of professional nursing experience with infection control exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vaccine Administration Program compliance with MA DPH and CDC guidelines.
• Oversee vaccine inventory, storage, handling, and distribution across locations.
• Coordinate annual and ongoing staff and patient influenza and COVID-19 vaccination campaigns.
• Collaborate with Employee Health and Population Health to meet vaccination goals.
• Provide surveillance, reports, and cost analyses to Finance and AP departments.
• Supervise Vaccine Clinic Nurse and Backup Vaccine Coordinator.
• Maintain current knowledge of infection prevention and safety practices.
