Responsibilities

• Understand account interdependencies, build long-term relationships, and conduct customer reviews on contracts and vaccination programs.
• Maintain knowledge of contract terms, optimize vaccine purchases, and manage inventory and seasonality.
• Establish and track performance metrics; apply vaccine knowledge to standard care and protocols.
• Work with Field Sales to support customers and deliver value through engaging solutions.
