Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee in the United States. You will assist Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories, and support the sales process from discovery to follow-up.

The role emphasizes guest service, relationship-building, and promoting vacation experiences. Ideal candidates have a Real Estate license (where required), a willingness to work weekends/holidays, and 1+ year of related experience.

Qualifications

One-year related experience preferred.
Must be available for flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Background and drug screening may be required by state/local law.
Active and in good standing Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Responsibilities

Answer Owners questions regarding use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on owner data.
Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of promotions, and develop business opportunities.
Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow‑up.
