Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License where required by law.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owners' questions about property use and amenities; make recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests on pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and develop business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain records of customer contacts for effective follow-up.
