Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide seeks a Coordinator Marketing Linkage to engage hotel guests at desk locations and provide elevated customer service. You will schedule sales presentations, manage expectations, and strive to exceed volume production goals while ensuring attendees meet eligibility requirements.

Successful candidates have sales or customer service experience and are willing to work weekends and holidays. Concierge or sales experience is preferred; background checks may be required.

As a Coordinator Marketing Linkage, a typical day will include:

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.

• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.

• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.

• Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing Linkage:

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.

• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
