Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Phoenix is seeking a motivated Vacation Sales Coordinator to assist hotel guests with memorable vacations and to provide elevated customer service at desk locations. You will schedule sales presentations, manage guest expectations, and use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining loyalty.

A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required; concierge or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

As a Vacation Sales Coordinator, a typical day will include:

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
