Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House to assist Owners and guests with experiences and events, creating memorable vacation moments. In Myrtle Beach, this on-site role will schedule sales presentations, manage guest expectations, and provide the highest level of service to meet budgeted sales goals.

You will ensure attendees meet eligibility and are open to learning about products and services, while using persuasive techniques to maximize revenue and maintain

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests.
• Flexible to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Concierge or sales experience is preferred.
• Background and drug screening may be required by state/local regulations.

As a Coordinator Marketing In House, a typical day will include:

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.


• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.


• Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.


• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Guest Experience and Company Standards:

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.


• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.


• Contribute to team goals.


• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing In House:

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.


• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.


• Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.


• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.


• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
