Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a motivated Coordinator Marketing In House to assist owners and guests in creating memorable vacation experiences. You will help coordinate sales presentations, deliver exceptional service, and support revenue growth while upholding company standards.

Candidates should have sales or customer service experience, enjoy guest interaction, and be available for varying shifts including holidays and weekends. Background checks may be required.

As a Coordinator Marketing In House, a typical day will include:

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.


• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.


• Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.


• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Guest Experience and Company Standards:

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.


• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.


• Contribute to team goals.


• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing In House:

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.


• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.


• Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.


• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.


• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
