Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida, is seeking a Rental Manager to oversee the day-to-day vacation rental operations for a portfolio of over 1,000 units. You will work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, and property owners to ensure units meet resort standards and guest expectations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced resort environment while maintaining excellent service

Qualifications

• Experience in vacation rental management or resort operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple properties and departments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily vacation rental operations across a large portfolio.
• Coordinate readiness, inspections, housekeeping, and guest concerns.
• Work with reservations, housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
• Monitor property conditions, repairs, and work orders.
• Communicate with property owners regarding operations and needs.
• Respond to guest issues and coordinate timely solutions.
• Maintain records, reports, and property information.
• Drive efficiency and consistency across the rental program.
• Support goals related to guest satisfaction and property performance.
