Job summary

Avari Management seeks a Logistics Coordinator for its Short-Term Vacation Rental operations in the Lake Tahoe area. This desk-based role focuses on dispatch, ticket triage, and coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, and field teams to keep guest turnover smooth and issues resolved quickly.

You will monitor tickets, assign work orders, communicate updates to PMs and vendors, and help manage readiness for owner arrivals and peak weekends. Weekend availability is required, with two weekdays off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations coordination, dispatch, hospitality, property management, or similar role preferred.
• Strong comfort working in ticketing / work order systems (Guesty, Breezeway, HubSpot, etc. a plus).
• Organized, calm under pressure, great at prioritizing and moving fast without dropping details.
• Clear communicator (written + verbal) with a customer-service mindset.
• Able to handle ambiguity and solve problems with limited instruction.

Responsibilities

• Ticket + Work Order Management: Monitor inbound tickets/work orders; acknowledge, categorize, and route quickly.
• Dispatch + Scheduling Support: Coordinate daily routing; balance workloads; adjust assignments.
• Communication + Coordination: Provide clear ticket notes; act as connector between PMs and shared services; update stakeholders.
• Quality + Documentation: Close work orders with notes, photos, and docs; track repeat issues; maintain clean systems.
• Operational Support (as needed): Assist with supply deliveries, lockouts, access issues, and on-site coordination during peak periods.
