Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations coordination, dispatch, hospitality, property management, or similar role.
• Experience with ticketing/work order systems (Guesty, Breezeway, HubSpot a plus).
• Organized, calm under pressure, able to prioritize and move fast without missing details.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Able to handle ambiguity and solve problems with limited instruction.

Responsibilities

• Ticket + Work Order Management: monitor, categorize, and route items quickly.
• Dispatch + Scheduling Support: coordinate daily routing and balance workloads.
• Communication + Coordination: provide clear notes and act as a connector between teams.
• Quality + Documentation: close work orders with notes, photos, and proof.
• Operational Support: assist with supply deliveries, access issues, and on-call needs.
