Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management, hospitality, or portfolio-based client management.
• Technical computer skills on all hardware – laptops, phones, tablets.
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Highly organized while multitasking.
• Comfort discussing money, performance, and tradeoffs with homeowners.
• Strong operational judgment and accountability.
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end homeowner experience for assigned portfolio.
• Manage portfolio operations for 40–80 units per market.
• Coordinate with field teams, POD, and third parties to resolve issues.
• Monitor property performance and drive maintenance improvements.
• Support revenue and pricing discussions with homeowners.
• Lead onboarding and transitions with sales and onboarding teams.
