Job summary

Renjoy seeks a Property Onboarding Lead in Colorado Springs to manage onboarding end-to-end for new vacation rentals. You will set timelines, coordinate with vendors, ensure permits and insurance are in place, and hand off ready properties to Owner Relations.

You will also manage off-boarding, ensuring departing homes are cleanly transitioned. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management, property operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with data and reporting.
• Computer literate; AI tools strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude for HVAC/plumbing/hot tub issues.
• Experience with vacation rentals or hospitality is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding end to end for every new property and set timelines.
• Secure permits, insurance, and collect owner information.
• Evaluate and secure property services; negotiate scope with vendors.
• Coordinate readiness: deep cleans and tech installs; run stress tests.
• Build and improve onboarding templates, checklists, and data standards.
• Track onboarding timelines and report to leadership on progress.
• Lead the Onboarding Specialist and coordinate across Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Experience.
• Deliver fully onboarded homes to Owner Relations.
