Job summary

Renjoy, a Colorado-based vacation rental operator, seeks a Property Onboarding Lead to own launches from contract to guest-ready status. You will lead timelines, coordinate vendors, and ensure smooth off-boarding when homes depart.

You’ll set standards, run tests, and drive repeatable processes across housekeeping, maintenance, and guest experience teams. You bring 2+ years in project management or property operations, strong organization, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, property operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable with data; builds reports to inform decisions.
• Computer literate; experience with AI tools is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude for HVAC/plumbing understanding.
• Experience in vacation rentals, property management, or hospitality is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop templates and data standards; elevate process repeatability.
• Track timelines, monitor launch quality, and report to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Experience.

Property Onboarding Lead

Classification: Full-time, W-2, Salaried, Exempt

Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed

Compensation: $58,000–$62,000 per year + mileage

The Role

Every new home that joins Renjoy goes through you. You own onboarding end to end: from signed contract to guest-ready property to a clean handoff to Owner Relations. You set the timeline, utilize the vendors, make the calls, and make sure nothing launches until it's right. You'll also own off-boarding, so homes that leave us leave cleanly.

What You Own

• Onboarding pipeline: Manage the launch plan for every new property. Set priorities and deadlines, and ensure the home is ready to go live on time.
• Compliance & setup: Secure permits and insurance, and collect owner ACH and W-9 information. Resolve issues that hold up a launch.
• Vendor selection: Evaluate, select, and secure property services such as lawn, irrigation, snow removal, and trash. Negotiate scope with vendors.
• Property readiness: Run mechanical stress tests and judge which issues block launch and which can wait. Coordinate deep cleans and technology installs.
• Standards & templates: Build and improve the onboarding templates, checklists, and data standards that make every launch repeatable.
• Reporting: Track onboarding timelines and launch quality. Report to leadership on what's working and what's not.
• Team direction: Assign and review the work of the Onboarding Specialist and coordinate across Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Experience.
• Handoff & off-boarding: Deliver fully onboarded homes to the Owner Relations Manager, and lead the off-boarding process.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of project management, property operations, or a similar role
• Strong organization and attention to detail. You run multiple projects at once without dropping any.
• Comfortable with data: you build reports and use numbers to make decisions
• Computer literate. Experience with AI tools is strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude. You can look at HVAC, plumbing, or a hot tub and know when something's off.
• Experience with vacation rentals, property management, or hospitality is a plus
