Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a Property Onboarding Specialist to lead the end-to-end onboarding of new properties into our portfolio. You will coordinate with property owners, vendors, cleaners, and internal teams to ensure every property is launch-ready across all platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify, or Hospitable is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, documentation, and status updates.
• Coordinate with operations and guest experience teams to ensure a smooth transition after launch.
• Identify missing information or potential operational issues and proactively address them.
