Job summary

Extell’s One Manhattan Square in downtown Manhattan is seeking a Concierge for temporary vacation relief. You will deliver five-star service to residents and guests, act as the main contact, and coordinate requests such as transportation and information on building amenities while helping to maintain the property’s appearance.

Prior concierge or luxury residential/hotel experience is preferred. You will respond quickly to needs, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to a dynamic schedule with

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Concierge or similar in luxury residential or hotel setting is preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for delivering excellent customer service and a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to adapt, multi-task, and take initiative.
• Ability to respond quickly to varied guest requests and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents and guests receive five-star service.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents and guests.
• Coordinate requests such as transportation and information on amenities; provide directions to local attractions.
• Assist with upkeep and appearance of the property.
• Receive and distribute packages, dry-cleaning, documents and other items.
• Enforce security by checking in/out guests, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring residents and guests experience five-star service.
• Acting as a point of contact for residents and guests.
• Addressing and coordinating various resident and guest requests such as:
  • Arranging transportation
  • Providing information about property amenities
  • Giving directions to local attractions, etc.
• Assisting with the upkeep and appearance of the property.
• Receiving and distributing packages, dry‑cleaning, documents, and other items.
• Following security protocol by checking in/out all guests, vendors, contractors, and other visitors to the property.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Then you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a Concierge or similar experience at a luxury residential or hotel building is required. A basic knowledge of building systems, computers, and the community‑at‑large is preferred. Multi‑lingual fluency is a plus! This is a temporary, vacation relief position. The schedule is to be determined.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay ranges from $23.09 - $30.79 per hour depending on experience. There are also plenty of great benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more!
