Position Overview
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for tenants and guests, delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring smooth day-to-day amenity operations. This role supports event execution, guest services, and collaborates closely with the Director of Events and other team members to maintain a premium tenant experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and guests, providing courteous and solution-oriented assistance.
- Coordinate reservations, room bookings, and tenant service requests to ensure seamless experiences.
- Maintain a polished and welcoming front-of-house presence at all times.
- Assist with event setup, guest reception, and on-site logistics in collaboration with the Event Manager and Director of Events.
- Support catering partners during events to ensure smooth execution and service quality.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and amenities, coordinating replenishment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with building policies, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with property management, security, and maintenance teams to support tenant needs.
Required Experience/Skills
- 1-3+ years of experience in concierge services, front desk operations, or hospitality environments.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to support events and work flexible hours as needed.
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Experience in luxury or Class A office amenities.
- Familiarity with event support and hospitality-driven operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service best practices.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, business, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience in hospitality or concierge services may be considered.
- Ongoing professional development in customer service or event management is a plus.
