Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking an Owner Programs Sales Agent in Orlando. The role focuses on informing owners about vacation packages, selling packages, and helping them book reservations, with a strong emphasis on commission-based earning and customer relationships.

The position requires telemarketing or call center experience, excellent communication, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends; training and growth opportunities are provided, plus exclusive travel perks and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years telemarketing sales experience in a call center preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must read/write/speak English; Spanish a plus.
• Timeshare/hospitality background preferred.
• Able to work a variable schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Basic data entry and word processing skills.
• Superior organizational and tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Placing sales calls to owners and referrals to sell vacation packages.
• Attending team meetings and huddles once a week.
• Participating in coaching, one-on-one, and training sessions every 4 weeks.
• Assist owners in booking reservations for vacation packages.
